• Project is located in the heart of Dandenong’s established industrial precinct and logistics hub less than 2kms from EastLink and 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. 

As the site was limited with space due to multiply activities with the project, RCPA had to work closely with the drainage installers to make sure that deliveries could take place in a safe manner with minimum disruption to the project.The project utilised RCPA steel reinforced concrete pipes and box culverts as well as VantagePipes fibre reinforced concrete pipes. Due the the mix of products communication and planning was paramount across the RCPA group and with Cormack Plumbing to make sure they had the products they need, when they needed them onsite.
