Civcorp were engaged to the the civil works at the FKG / Brisbane Airport Corporation project. Due to the location of the works, pipes were required to have additional durability provisions as specified by Brisbane Airport Corporation due to aggressive soil conditions on site.As pipes of this specification are not common, RCPA (QLD) had to make adjustments to standard pipe mould equipment to accommodate the additional wall thickness required. These extra-thick wall pipes were made without issue on RCPA's advanced vertical cast pipe machines.The feedback from Civcorp has been very positive. RCPA is proud to have partnered with Civcorp on this and many other projects.
