RCPA is proud to be working with CD Excavations to deliver the earthworks and civil construction on various Palm Lake Resort upgrades through South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

Palm Lake Resorts are master planned, security gated, lifestyle communities built exclusively for Active Mature Age living. One of their most recent communities is tucked away on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast, Palm Lake Resort Caloundra spirits you away to the pristine beaches and lushness of the Caribbean and melts its magic into the sleek lines of beautifully designed coastal homes and whispers romantic rumours of the grandest country club yet to grace its grounds.

Palm Lake Resort Caloundra is a large project on the Sunshine Coast with substantial quantities of pipe required with a short lead time. RCPA had to work closely with CD Excavations to make sure that product was manufactured and delivered to site in time for installation to commence. RCPA uses a modern and efficient vertical dry cast manufacturing method that shortens conventional pipe lead times.

With manufacturing reinforced concrete pipe tailored to our customer’s specific needs, we were able to meet CD Excavations requirements and deliver the pipes to site in accordance with their installation time table.
