OUR CULVERTS

RCPA uses innovative manufacturing technologies to produce a range of large U-Culverts, Link slabs and Base slabs. Standard units are designed and produced in accordance with AS1597.2-2013, and custom designs can be provided upon request.

Small U-Culverts, link slabs and base slabs are produced with a range of manufacturing processes to suit individual applications. Standard units meet the requirements of AS1597.1-2010 and custom units can be manufactured if required.

Unique vertical cast technology allows the production of one piece, 4-sided box culverts with no construction joints. The 4-sided full box culverts are also cast with a rebated joint to facilitate rapid installation on site.
